Professional executive team that is ready to serve customers, prepare accurate billing, follow-up on orders, and maintain a close watch on expenses and collection of accounts receivable. We will market to both English and non-English speaking consumers, using mobile e-Commerce, and free downloadable mobile apps for Android, Blackberry, HTC, and iPhone devices (smartphones); as well as a variety of tablets including iPad. Access to shopping online and mobile will be free to consumers, and with purchases over $100, we will include free shipping as an incentive. We will use NetSuite ERP Cloud (San Jose, CA) software to ensure our orders are processed in a timely manner; this software is used by the top Retail businesses and includes training, upgrades, inventory processing, order confirmation to multiple warehouse options, sales processing, distribution tracking, and customer service integration. NetSuite has service for both Internet 2.0 and Mobile application connectivity allowing seamless integration between consumer demand, which we see moving toward mobile use over Internet (currently 285M mobile users, compared to 266M Internet in US), and even more mobile use in emerging countries, where the land lines for basic Internet is poor, or non-existent. In the US, we know that minorities (Hispanic, Asian, and African American) are purchasing the bulk of the smartphone devices domestically. Our CFO, Rick Norris, has extensive relationship working with NetSuite and has secured an amazing package for us to start, and eventually grow into full enterprise version for international sales transaction in multiple currencies. Additional partnerships include TriStar Media/Products (New Jersey), who are #1 in infomercial and direct to consumer marketing both domestic and International product lines (ex: Jack LaLanne Juicer, George Forman Grill, 8-minute Abs, etc.). TriStar will allow Starchild Fashion to target cable viewers for 30-minute infomercial programming in North America, Europe, and South America. TriStar is also involved in print, Internet banners, and variety of sponsorship opportunities. Production for digital media (Internet, Cable, and Mobile) will be Tunnel Post (Los Angeles), and additional marketing and brand support from award winning marketing firm, Elias Arts (Los Angeles). STARLETT TV Our marketing and production arm of the company is Starlett TV, producing a variety of content that we can use to use for marketing and promotion, as well as production that can be licensed for network use. • Infomercials: Starlett TV will shoot and produce 30-minute infomercial programming in a variety of languages to submit to Tri-Star for marketing buys in North America, Europe, and South America markets. • Fitness DVD series: Starlett TV will work with some of our popular glamour models that are also into fitness to create a series of healthy living, healthy lifestyle DVD/Blue Ray content that we can market to the fast growing consumer base. Created in a variety of languages, we will use talent that can speak both English and native tongue to ensure the product will have language options embedded within the DVD/Blue Ray content, allowing the viewer to follow along in comfortable, uninhibited experience. Theme will include stretching 101, Pilates training, Yoga, Cardio, and Diet sections within the programming. Fitness consultant for filming will be popular Fadi Malouf - a pro bodybuilder, fitness trainer/adviser, and nutrition specialist.
